The soup dumplings are very comforting and flavorful, and so are the pan fried buns. The boba cups are large and worth the price. Portions are fair for the price. And James is the sweetest and most accommodating person. He really cares about your experience and making sure everything is right for you. A new favorite of mine for sure.

Food was delicious, best pork dumplings and scallion pancake I’ve ever had. Their drinks are delicious too!

Grabbed a quick brunch at this place, good and affordable food! Their egg yolk buns were really tasty - not too sweet. Pork buns, scallion pancakes, pork soup dumplings were all good. We also got the pepper beef fry which was not as spicy but taste-wise was good!

This was one of the worst restaurant experiences I've had. We live directly across the street and chose to support your new business, but the food and service were completely unacceptable. The spring rolls looked nothing like the photos. They were tiny, bland, and clearly not as advertised. Our order was also incomplete, forcing us to walk back to the restaurant because items were missing from the bag. That should never happen. The dim sum tasted like low-quality frozen food. Frankly, the frozen dim sum from Trader Joe's is far better. The cucumber salad had no spice, no sauce, and no flavor despite being advertised as spicy. The sliced pork was dry, overcooked, and barely edible. This entire order was a waste of money. Between the poor food quality, inaccurate menu photos, and missing items, this experience fell far below any reasonable standard. I am demanding a full refund. We live directly across the street in a building with approximately 1,200 residents. As your neighbors, we would have preferred to become loyal customers and recommend your restaurant. Instead, you've given us every reason to do the opposite. I will do everything to make sure everyone in our building is a
